Procera was founded on a dream to share the very best of Africa with the world. Distilled in Nairobi, Kenya, our gins are the world’s first to use Juniperus Procera, harvested just 70 kilometres away in Kijabe and handpicked from trees growing at an altitude of 2,200 metres. With all other botanicals sourced from across Africa, Procera expresses the terroir of our continent in every sip. Procera Red Dot (51% abv) is a powerful and bold gin designed to be used in classic drinks such as the negroni, red snapper and martinez, alongside more robust contemporary serves. Possessing an extraordinary spiciness and complex umami depth, Procera Red Dot was designed specifically with cocktails in mind and has the incredible intensity and breadth of flavour to stylishly stand up to and complement a vast array of other flavours. With the addition of our bespoke Red Dot salt, the flavour of mixed drinks can be further intensified and heightened to a new level of layered complexity.

Red Dot Negroni

Procera Red Dot was created to stand up to flavoursome counterparts when used in more robust serves. Bottled at a higher abv, Red Dot’s distinctive peppery and umami character works wonderfully well in a classic Negroni. However, we prefer a unique twist, using less of the other ingredients and more gin allowing Red Dot to be the true star.

• 50ml Procera Red Dot
• 25ml Red Vermouth
• 12.5ml Campari

Method: Stir ingredients down over ice until preferred dilution reached (≈ 2 mins). Strain into glass with no ice. Garnish with a tiny sprinkle of Red Dot salt per sip until you reach your perfect balance of salty, sweet, spicy and bitter
