Procera Green Dot (47% abv) was designed to take juniper-terroir to its absolute limits. Distilled with only botanicals that hail from the juniper tree, Green Dot is the liquid personification of Procera. It is made with only juniper berries, foliage and toasted wood to create three distinctive and balanced notes across the palate. Creamy and buttery with an exquisite mouth feel, Green Dot is Procera’s most versatile gin, effortlessly suiting a broad range of drinks styles.

Although a delicious gin to sip neat, Procera Green Dot works gorgeously well when served in a simple, classic, Gin & Tonic. Whereas many gins can become overwhelmed when combined with tonic, Green Dot’s rich, powerful, intense and creamy juniper profile shines through resulting in a Gin & Tonic like no other.

• 50ml Procera Green Dot
• 150ml Indian Tonic

Method: Add the largest ice cubes possible to minimise dilution, then add your Green Dot and finally the tonic. Stir several times, have a sip and then add your Green Dot salt to taste. Enjoy the difference.
